Join leading health plan executives for two concurrent, interactive sessions designed to transform insights into action and address the most pressing challenges facing the industry today.

#### A National Perspective: Network Data, Regulatory Realities & the AI Opportunity

The rules are changing. Health plans that treat provider network intelligence as a back-office function will be left behind.

Join two Senior Directors from leading national health plans as they get candid about the challenges reshaping how plans build, manage, and compete on their networks — regulatory trends you need to be tracking, why foundational data is now both a member experience driver and a true competitive edge, and the honest conversation about where AI is actually delivering in provider network management.

**It’s peer-level insight from leaders who are living it.**

**Speakers:** [Jason Gargotto](https://visionquest.questanalytics.com/speakers/jason-gargotto-2/), Director, Network Adequacy and Governance, Humana; [Tobey Carrel](https://visionquest.questanalytics.com/speakers/tobey-carrabello/), Senior Director Network Analytics & Reporting, UnitedHealth Group

Moderated by [James Lamb](https://visionquest.questanalytics.com/james-lamb/), Senior Vice President Growth, Quest Analytics®

#### A Regional Perspective: Network Data, Regulatory Realities & the AI Opportunity

Regional health plans bring something unique to the table — an intimate market view, deep community roots, and an ability to pivot fast when it matters most.

Two regional health plan executives get real about the challenges on the ground, including provider data hygiene, network adequacy under the strain of physician shortages, and what access to care truly means when you’re closest to the communities you serve. Plus, how leaner organizations are finding smart ways to put AI to work across network design and data validation.

## Training Day:

Hands-On Learning + Certified Professional Designation

Training Day is a dedicated, hands-on experience built to help you go deeper in Quest Analytics’ solutions and leave Vision Quest ready to act. Expect interactive learning labs and workflow-driven sessions led by Quest Analytics SMEs — designed for real-world application, not theory.

This year, you can choose from **three focused tracks:**

**Track 1: QES** ® **Certified Professional**

**8 a.m. – 3 p.m.** (subject to change)
_Breakfast will be available before Training Day begins._

**Level up your expertise with a full‑day, immersive workshop built for attendees who want to do more with QES — from operationalizing insights to making smarter, faster network decisions.**

In this hands-on training experience, you’ll work alongside peers and Quest Analytics experts to deepen your understanding of the full QES ecosystem. Through collaborative exercises and real‑world scenarios, you’ll learn to build, manage, and optimize high‑performing provider networks with greater confidence and efficiency.

Throughout the day, you’ll move through QES end‑to‑end, including:

- Provider Hub to take a provider‑centric view of network impact and surface data issues
- Network Integrity Dashboard to quantify data challenges and evaluate how networks compare, evolve, and improve
- Enterprise Compliance Dashboard to compare networks side‑by‑side, assess how they can grow and adapt, and understand how network changes drive stronger member outcomes
- Accuracy tools — from foundational to advanced levels — to sharpen your ability to elevate directory quality
- Compliance & decision‑support workflows that culminate in a mock CMS‑ready exception request

In addition to these core sessions, you’ll explore even more QES features and capabilities, expanding your understanding of how each component supports smarter decision‑making across the full network lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate, practice, problem‑solve, and walk away with practical, repeatable workflows you can apply immediately. By the end of Training Day, you’ll have deeper mastery of QES — plus the opportunity to earn your QES® Certified Professional designation by completing the full track.

**Note:** To earn your certification, you must attend and complete all sessions within your selected track.

**Track 2: QAS** ® **Certified Professional**

**8 a.m. – 3 p.m.** (subject to change)
_Breakfast will be available before Training Day begins._

**Designed for attendees who want applied learning in QAS workflows, best practices, and practical skills you can bring back to your organization.**

This track is a hands-on, workflow-driven training experience focused on creating winning RFP responses using QAS. Through practical, real-world exercises, you’ll learn directly from Quest experts while collaborating peer-to-peer across all skill levels. This interactive, team-based environment is designed to help you clearly communicate network strength, improve accuracy, and compete to “Win the Bid.”

You’ll begin with Intelligent Geocoding, learning how pre-geocoding and precise location data strengthen access-to-care measurement. From there, you’ll build a solid foundation by configuring key Resources, including provider groups, employee groups, service areas, and map views to support clear, defensible analysis.

The day continues with Access Analysis, where you’ll apply QAS flexibility to run targeted calculations and “what-if” scenarios aligned to specific RFP requirements. You’ll then bring your responses to life with Access Reports, using maps, charts, and statistics to clearly illustrate network performance and differentiation.

By the end of the day, you’ll walk away with practical skills, proven workflows, and a repeatable approach to building compelling RFP responses — plus the opportunity to earn your QAS® Certified Professional designation through full track completion.

**Important:** To earn a Certified Professional designation, you must stay for and complete all sessions within your selected certification track.

**Track 3: Network Operations Leadership Lab**(Non-Certification)
**8 a.m. – Noon** (subject to change)
_Breakfast will be available before Training Day begins_

**This is a working session for Network Operations Leaders —not a presentation, not a demo, and not a listening exercise.**

Over 3.5 hours of hands-on prototyping, you will work side‑by‑side with Quest Analytics designers and product managers to tackle your unique workflow challenges, roadblocks, and bottlenecks. From the group’s own curated challenges, grounded in how your teams actually operate today, you’ll push past surface symptoms to the strategic decisions, data, and handoffs underneath.

In small groups, you will prototype next‑version workflows in real time, pressure‑test assumptions, and clarify what decision-quality output really looks like for your organization. You’ll leave with concrete artifacts: redesigned workflows, clearer inputs and outputs, documented decision points, and a practical plan for what to pilot first.

**_This session is invite‑only and intentionally limited to support deep, hands‑on work._**
